Challenge

Shin Yen is a family owned and operated investment company that has existed as a company for over 35 years across three continents. The company has never had a public facing brand image or a website for people to understand who they are, what they do, and what they stand for. As Shin Yen was transitioning into a larger investment portfolio, the company needed to have a message and presence that resonated with the tenants located within their shopping centers.


Solution

We developed a brand that accentuated the atmosphere of this outdoor oasis, which would ultimately be known as The Enclave. While launching the brand, the design team created strategic deliverables for ownership, leasing agents, and the nearby community to use as tools for understanding the exciting development that was to come.
