Oceanfront property is located on a secluded, private peninsula in the French West Indies, on the French-side of the Caribbean Island of Saint Martin, within the island’s most exclusive residential enclave of Les Terre Basses.


Challenge

The former website was not performing to the standards of the ownership group. Potential buyers were unimpressed by the user experience and a lack of SEO content planning led to a low page rank and page view times. It required a new strategy and visual identity.


Solution

A new wireframe was built that would create the underlying strategy and flow of the website in order to make the content more exciting and compelling to the user. To help highlight the offering, we implemented a new visual identity that helped express the serene and desirable nature of the development site.


The Impact

The new website has received more traffic than the previous site and has helped the leasing agents present an in-depth look at the development opportunity to potential buyers.
